I got Haru as a pup from Sibersong Sleddogs. I was not planning on another addition at the time. I ended up going out to NH on New Year's weekend and drove through a blizzard for hours to bring the troublemaker home. That should have been my sign for the trouble to come! He has insane toy drive and is frankly chaotic in the house, but his sweet wrinkly face makes you forgive him for all that. He was a nice powerful male in harness, and he matured into a nice command leader. He also has a natural affinity for free stacking and loves to show it off at the sleddog showcases. Haru is retired now and just enjoys being my road trip or just running errands co pilot. If he sees me grabbing my keys, he runs to the door and will insist on coming, even if it means pushing past me and running zoomies around my truck until I cave. Haru's name is from the anime Free.
