Chise is out of my own Yona and bred by Sibersong Sleddogs. I could not be happier with how she has matured. She is an incredibly sweet and cuddly dog like her mom Yona, and she also shows a lot of the sporty personality like her aunt Ame. Her first season at her first race she performed so well that I let her lead the 6-dog team the second day and the 4-dog team both days! She is an absolute natural. Like her mother, she has been a go to leader since she was a yearling. As she's gotten older and I've made the switch to mid distance, Chise isn't my first choice for a leader in races as she prefers to keep pace in the team vs driving the pace in lead, though she still leads in training. Chise's name is from the anime The Ancient Magus Bride.
